Delete your data

You can delete your ComoClip account and everything in it at any time. Deleting removes your videos, clips, transcripts, templates (and their logo, music and outro files), Live channels, AI credit history, paired PCs, connected YouTube/TikTok accounts and scheduled posts, and account details.

If you can sign in

1. Open Account (sign in if asked).
2. Optional: click Download my data to keep a copy first.
3. Under Delete account, type your password and click Delete my account.

It happens right away. You'll get a confirmation email with a reference code.

If you can't sign in

Type the email address of the account. We'll send a link to it, and the account is deleted once you confirm from that email, so nobody can delete someone else's account.

What happens afterwards

• Database backups are replaced within 30 days, so deleted data is gone from them by then.
• ComoClip's access to your connected YouTube and TikTok accounts is revoked. Videos already posted there stay on those platforms - delete them there if you want them gone.
• If you paid, your customer record at Stripe is deleted, which ends any subscription at once. Stripe keeps the payment records the law requires.
• Any PC with ComoClip Desktop paired to the account is signed out right away. The next time it's online it removes the account's files from that PC, including unfinished work and Live recordings.
• If you used free cloud minutes or free AI credits, we keep only a one-way fingerprint of your email and how much you used, so the free trial can't be restarted. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
